Well, at least you’ll see the 1st and 3rd courses… We kept forgetting to take a picture of the salmon. It was that delicious. But the recipe is here.

My husband, who has discovered he likes cooking (hooray, since I don’t like to do so), prepared this marvelous feast. He does an excellent job of finding recipes on the Internet. But Saturday, I decided to help.

The blogosphere is good for lots of things. It turns out yummy recipes is one of them.

I have FiddleDeeDee at It Coulda’ Been Worse to thank for my Greek salad. This is a BIG salad, a meal in itself.

Birthday Greek salad

YUM!

Then there’s Queen B at The Queen Bee to thank for the brownie and chocolate sauce recipe. We also had ice cream. We have enough chocolate sauce left over to, well, eat a lot of chocolate sauce for quite a few weeks. Or so it seems.

YUM! AGAIN!

Thank you, bloggy friends, for contributing to what was a wonderful 33rd birthday. What are you going to “cook up” for my 34th? :)

I’m glad you liked the brownies!!

Happy Birthday!!

B, ours ended up being several-day brownies. I don’t know what we did different, but they were yummy until we finished them. On Friday. (Ed made them Monday afternoon.)
