Photo Hunt: Self (yourself or part of you)

Hi!

I took this photo back in February. I was hanging out in the car while Ed went in to Chick-Fil-A to buy us lunch. We were on our way to hike, so, of course, I had the camera with me. The dogs were in the “way back,” and I was bored, so I started taking photos of myself. I rather like this one. (Narcissistic much?)

    That’s exactly what my daughter always does: take pictures of herself. I hardly ever do and had to think hard on what part of me I would share for this weeks theme.

    I’ve noticed that by photographing myself — and seeing the sometimes disastrous results — I’m learning how to better shoot other things “blind.” Does that make any sense?

    What a great smile! We ate at Chick-Fil-A for the first time ever while traveling to OBX last week. They have some yummy sandwiches and their nuggets were awesome!
