The air conditioning isn’t fixed. It was 83.9 degrees when I got here. (I’d do the conversion for my friends who use degrees C, not degrees F, but I don’t have the math capacity at the moment.)
But it’s really HOT, no matter how you look at it. In fact, it’s now the same temperature (84.6 degrees F) it was when we left yesterday.
It’s 7:57 a.m.
Also, I can’t tell you the number of people who are wearing three-quarter or long sleeves today. (I fall into the former category.) Ahhh… irony.

I can’t do the metric system, either.
Most Americans can’t… :/
do you mean three-quarter or shorter? Longer doesn’t make sense if you are hot.
Sadly. I meant three-quarter or longer. We were told the AC would be fixed by the next day (Wednesday), and we expected it to be freezing as usual. We were surprised… and not in a good way. :)
Eek. So sorry to hear it’s not fixed. I’m sure it’s just miserable. Hope the A/C kicks on for you all soon.
Sandy, your comments are full of little exclamations (”eek”!) like mine. :)
Yuck. I hope the A/C is fixed soon, before you get ambitious enough to do the conversion.
Heh… once the temperature got to a reasonable level again, I had the energy to do the conversion. :)
