The new building, day 1

I’m sure you’re all dying how the move went, how life in our new building is.

In a word: good.

There are a few problems of course. It is essentially a brand-new building, so there are going to be some “bugs.” But all in all, it’s good. My cubicle still needs some sprucing up, but that should be taken care of in another day or two.

I wonder if we get to keep the really tall people who are doing some last-minute stuff. No? I didn’t think so.

(The view from my cubicle. This guy was walking on stilts doing some manner of work really HIGH UP.)

Bugs? In a new building? Already? ;) I think you should keep all the tall people so they can reach the stuff us shorter people can’t. :)

Hehe, not a bad view ;-)

Hope you’re settling in well into your new place!

Is your cubicle see-through? Put up some die cuts and postcards to decorate!

Hi, Shannon. Yes, the cubicles are see-through… from mid-way up at least. Die cuts and postcards would be fun, but we can’t do it. The reason so much of it is glass is to allow us to have natural sunlight, and there are regulations about all that…

Cubicles make me crazy. If I were king I’d banish the cubicles from the land, never to be seen again.
