If you need me, I’ll be reading…

On Sunday, I told Ed that “I didn’t have any good books to read.” So I went to USA Today’s Web site and clicked on the Summer Books Calendar and added a TON of books to my library reserve list.

When I checked the library Web site today, I discovered that a “few” (ahem) of my books had come in. Ed went to pick them up.

Yes, that’s the cargo section of our Honda CR-V. And that’s 41 books/books on CD. I was more than a bit embarrassed when I realized it.

If I can’t find a book or 10 to read out of that pile, there’s no hope for me.

That’s absolutely hilarious! I love the progression of pictures leading up to your whooping 41 books :) Can’t wait to hear which one(s) caught your eye first and which ones you ended up reading.

Now THERE’S a woman with too much time on her hands. I LOVE reading. I applaud those who read. But if you are SO STUCK for things to do that you actually DO read those 41 books … You need to find more things to do with your camera. And make Ed download and install GIMP for you. THAT will keep you busy. And creative.

How funny. I see Bad Mother among your pile — I want to read that one. You’ll have to let me know how it is if that is one you choose to read.

That is hysterical! Our library only lets us check out so many books at a time, so I could sadly never reach that state! :)

Wow!!! How fun. I hope you’ll keep us updated…I love a good book review.

Our library has this cool feature that tells us how much money we’ve saved by borrowing the books instead of buying. I can’t even imagine what your total would be!

Wow! That’s quite a stack! Does sound like a good place to start, USA Today’s Summer Reading Calendar. Books on tape are great–I really should do more of that.
